WHY IS MY LANGUAGE IN JAPANESE when for several years IT HAS BEEN ENGLISH?!?!

Whenever I try and use a planet discovery item I get the pop up error message “you must level up to colonize more planets. After you get your 2nd planet at level 20....”. I am a level 98.

When I first started this game I think I skipped one of the planet colonization missions which is why I think I get this message.

269509, Хтония at Gemini. Android. I can't accomplish the daily mission that takes 3 modernization. I make research, upgrade my fleets, but the counter does not go up. This is embarrassing, since all other dailies work fine.

I have what appears as a paradise planet yet it is only providing a mining facility bonus.p

I have x4 adv. planet discovery items.

When I click on it I get the pop up for use adv. planet discovery.

When I click ok I get you my st level up to colonize more planets. After your get your second planet at level 20 the number of planets you can colonize increases by 1.for every 10 levels.

I am currently at level 44. At the start of the game I believe I skipped the last instruction set to try and get me to colonize a 2nd planet.

Decided to connect my account to Facebook. When I finished the setup, the game relaunched and started another account from scratch.

My 2hero's not back from recon. I can send more hero's ??? The usual recon in progress not showing. 

I clicked "identify" and a day later my module is gone.

Previously using Samsung phone and Google login. New Samsung phone up and running and when I login using Google, it has the right User name and other games like DC Legends works, but AstroNest is making me choose a new faction (same Server Taurus.) Please help before I lose League!

Nothing happening on my recon screen. All planet option nothing happens. I cant take heros put of recon team eother ad i have no opion for it. I have sold a planet to see if thats the pronlem. And still nothing

I was in seven or eight position, close to five, in the las war and I was trying to get five or four, when sundely we cross to 100 lvl and I was (I do not Know how) in 22 position and far away in points with the betters positions

Many players have no idea how to interpret the Hyper Device Provocation Rate % because the upgrades increase them to 100% and greater (e.g. 150%).  After submitting a bug report a very generic answer was given that did not address the question.  "if you upgrade the device, it will increase the chance to provoke the attack by certain percentage compare to other fleet."

Asking for more clarification on this got zero response.  Can you provide a full explanation of how to interpret the rate %?

I have my Original Planet. I have leveled to the point I could add 3 planets.

I added a Planet that's Bonus was on Gold, 1 that bonus was on Mineral and 1 on Energy.

I just notived that they have all converted to Energy.

No idea whem, why or how. But NOT happy about it!

In Episode 5 Defacto FR-10 Scorpion. I ave beaten this level before but now I don't even get one shot off it's like I'm going up against alien fleet of level 70 or higher 

Hi, game keeps crashing when I enter war, been doing it for a few days in and off. Problem persists despite update and restarting.

Can anyone advise me where to complain as I've slight quite a lot of crystals on a contribution bonus which is currently unusable.

Very disappointed this want fixed in the update.

I don't know why it doesn't work anymore

Completed attack myself and then another attack immediately. Only received reward for 2nd attack. The first attack worth much more. Can you help with this problem. I was using auto attack function at the time when 2nd attack showed up. I would like reward for 1st attack. Did receive reward for much smaller attack. 2nd attack much bigger. Hope you can fix this Crusher88. Thank you. Do like this game a lot, hope to here from you.
